Retail Rewards FAQs
Details of how to register for Retail Rewards are included in your Premierline+ welcome email. If you have lost/deleted your email, simply email us with your business name and postcode, and we will send you a copy of the email.
Go to the App store on your mobile and download the Vectis Card app. To use the discounts, you need to activate your digital Vectis Card. Open the app, click on ‘My Vectis Card’ and fill in your login details. Now you can enjoy the many offers available to you whilst you are on the move.
If you haven’t registered yet, we need to resend your Premierline+ welcome email. Simply email us with your business name and postcode, and we will send you a copy of the email.
If you have previously logged in, and forgotten your password, then visit the Retail Rewards site and click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. Follow the instructions onscreen to reset your password.
