Premierline receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2025

28th January 2025

Premierline has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the sixth consecutive year. The Feefo Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This achievement follows on from last year, when Premierline was recognised with Feefo’s very exclusive accolade in customer service; the Feefo 10 Years of Excellence Award. This award celebrates businesses which have shown dedication and consistency in customer service, having been awarded for trusted service status for ten continuous years.

Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers. The awards are unique because they truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.

Working with over 6,500 brands, Feefo is the world’s largest provider of verified reviews, helping both brands and consumers make better decisions, and enabling brands to deliver more personalised experiences. This award celebrates brands that are delivering customer service standards that go above and beyond.

Rebecca Leversidge, Head of Group Marketing at Premierline said:

“We’re so pleased to be receiving another Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo. It means a great deal to us to hear directly from our customers and know that we are delivering an exceptional level of service. This award reflects how hard our teams work to listen and focus on our customers. Looking ahead to 2025, we’ll continue to put our customers first and exceed expectations.”

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, congratulated Premierline and commented:

“It’s inspiring to see companies like Premierline consistently going above and beyond for their customers. The Trusted Service Awards recognise businesses that don’t just meet expectations – they exceed them. These awards celebrate companies that gather genuine feedback and use it to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Premierline has done just that which is why they are receiving this prestigious accolade. I look forward to seeing them continue to delight their customers and work towards the award for next year and beyond.”
