Premierline has been recognised for excellent customer service

Premierline is delighted to have been awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, the online review and customer insight company, for the second year running.

Previous to this we have won the Gold level award since 2016, and in 2019 we received the newly introduced Platinum award, given to those businesses who had consistently achieved the Gold rating.

Despite a challenging year, we have continued to put our customers at the heart of everything we do and deliver high standards of customer service at every customer touchpoint.

How did we receive the award?

All reviews are collected independently by Feefo, where customers are asked to rate the level of service they received using a 5 point rating scale. To receive a Gold Trusted Award, you need to collect 50 or more reviews in a calendar year and have a Feefo rating of at least 4.5/5. To receive a Platinum award, you must have achieved a Gold Trusted Award for the last three consecutive years.

We are pleased to have received 281 reviews with a 93% positive rating and achieved a final service rating of 4.7/5 in 2020.

Customer service is at the forefront of the Premierline proposition, and we look forward to continuing to provide an excellent service to our customers in years to come.
