Premierline receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2023
Only businesses which have achieved three consecutive years of gold standard customer service can qualify for the Platinum award. Premierline achieved this in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and has subsequently been awarded the Platinum Trusted Service award in 2020, 2021, 2022 and now in 2023, making it an outstanding four in a row!
Feefo Trusted Service Awards are unique because they truly reflect a business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers over a 12-month period. Here’s a quick glimpse into some of the 5-star reviews received by Premierline during the past year:
“Ideal product/excellent service.
Good product, ideal for our needs and excellent service. Sent timely renewal reminders and even bothered to follow up by phone. I eventually renewed online & it was extremely easy.”
“Used you for years and you always come out trumps. I do like the way you check the market and get me the best deal, that’s what an excellent broker does, keep it up, see you next year!”
Everyone I have spoken to has been so helpful and professional.”
“Understanding to the needs.
Helpful staff, understanding of the cover required and circumstances and provided best solution.”
“I would recommend this company.
Very good staff communication, the price was even better!”
This outstanding accolade is testament to the hard-working team at Premierline, all of whom are delighted to be receiving this award once again.
With consumer confidence at near historic lows due to rising inflation over the past 12-months, it’s a tough time to be working in a customer facing role. Moreover, research from the Institute of Customer Service has revealed that general complaints rose to 17.3% in the second half of 2022. This award celebrates businesses that are successfully navigating tough market conditions to deliver exceptional service and winning it this year was perhaps more challenging than ever before.
Stuart Darroch, Managing Director at Premierline commented: “We’re so pleased to be receiving this award again, in recognition of our Platinum standard customer service! The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is the ultimate accolade, recognising businesses that continue to deliver exceptional customer service, year on year.
Winning this award is a great way to celebrate the fact we have achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for six years, something we couldn’t have done without our customers – so, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Without our fantastic team, winning this award again simply would not be possible. It is thanks to them that our customers receive the very best service, 100% of the time! A special thanks to the whole team at Premierline for committing to providing the best service to our customers, your hard work has been recognised!
This award is another vote of confidence in Premierline. It means so much to us all because it’s based on your honest feedback. Ultimately, keeping you happy is why we come to work each day.
We’re now more committed than ever to continuing to deliver the very best quality of service and will continue to listen, understand and respond to all our customers. Thank you again to everyone who took the time to leave us a review. Here’s to more great customer service in 2023!”
Congratulating Premierline, Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, said: “This year has been a difficult one for so many businesses. I’m delighted to recognise thousands of our clients that have overcome various challenges to provide such high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The Trusted Service Awards have always been about recognising companies that go way beyond the norm in customer service and in turn receive great feedback from delighted customers.
A particular congratulations to Premierline for winning a Platinum Trusted Service Award by providing great customer service consistently over a number of years. I look forward to seeing them continue to achieve next year and beyond.”
