Customer service excellence recognition for Premierline

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that Premierline has received the Platinum Trusted Service award by Feefo, an independent review and customer insight company. We are extremely proud to have achieved this award for the third year running, demonstrating our commitment to providing the highest levels of service to our customers.

We acknowledge the past two years have been challenging for many businesses, against a backdrop of Covid-19 restrictions, yet we have continued to support our customers and respond to the challenges of the pandemic. Premierline service teams transitioned to working from home, following government guidelines, so that they could provide the expert advice and support to customers during this difficult period.

Criteria for receiving the platinum level award

Since 2014, Feefo has recognised businesses who deliver exceptional customer service, using feedback from customers. The Trusted Service Awards are unique as they are based purely on feedback from real customers. This means they are a true reflection of the commitment to outstanding customer service.

Customers are given a 5-point rating scale to judge the degree of service they received. To achieve the Gold Trusted Award, a business must collect at least 50 reviews in the year and achieve an average service rating of at least 4.5. To earn the Platinum Trusted Award the business must have won the Gold Trusted Award for three consecutive years whilst maintaining an average service rating above 4.5.
